Conversations & Coffee
The Cultural Arts Center is proud to host the city’s longest-running series of artist talks – Conversations & Coffee. Attendees have the chance to gain key insight on art from a variety of people from different corners of the art world. Take a look at our upcoming weekly lunchtime art talks below, or feel free to check out our calendar to see everything we have coming up on the schedule!
Casual Talks on Engaging Topics
Our free weekly program, which we have presented for more than 35 years, brings together people who create art and people who appreciate art to discuss it in a relaxed, casual setting. You bring a sack lunch, we’ll provide the coffee and the expertise.
Program Format
Our Conversations & Coffee discussions take place Thursdays from noon to 1 p.m. in the Loft Meeting Room on the third floor. If the speaker is an artist whose work is on display in the Main Gallery, the program will take place there instead. Individuals interested in presenting as part of Conversations & Coffee should contact Ellen O’Shaughnessy at ehoshaughnessy@columbus.gov.
Please note that our current Conversations and Coffee programming takes place virtually and every other Thursday until further notice.
