The City of Columbus Recreation and Parks Department's Cultural Arts Center (CAC), home for visual and performing arts, was established to provide the opportunity for adults and youth to improve the quality of their lives by learning to create with their hands, develop their artistic potential and share in the vital cultural currents of our community. The mission of the Cultural Arts Center is, "We believe art has the power to challenge, stimulate and enrich lives. Through our programs we endeavor to bring that power to our community."
