 HOW TO REGISTER 

Currently there are 2 ways
to register for our classes:

1. Phone It In:
During our registration period, call with your VISA or MasterCard number and expiration date ready and the CAC Class Number.  Go to Class List to find the Class Number.

In order to better serve our audience, one person may register no more than two (2) students - including him/herself - per studio class.

2. Walk It In:
Come to the CAC, 139 West Main Street.
DIRECTIONS to CAC. 
Registrations begin on Mondays at 1:00pm on the first day of the 2-week registration period, or you can come during any of the HOURS OF OPERATION.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, check or cash (please bring exact bills).
We do not accept mail-in registration for studio classes or workshops.

Studio Class Fees:
$50 ($57 for non-residents of the City of Columbus) for classes, unless otherwise indicated. 
SOME CLASSES MAY BE PRO-RATED DURING CERTAIN TERMS, DUE TO MULTIPLE HOLIDAYS. When you register, check with Front Desk 645-7047. The fee will be calculated for you.

Lab Fees/Model Fees
Some classes require a small lab fee or model fees which is payable the first day of class. Currently these classes include Drawing, Prinmaking, Life Drawing and Painting, Ceramics Copper Enameling and Jewelry. See the individual class decriptions for specific fees. 
 
Workshop Fees:
Fees vary. Registration for workshops is taken on an on-going, first-come, first-served basis. Payment is due at the time of registration. Workshops are offered by independent artists and may or may not be repeated. Course fees and supply costs vary. Workshops are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.

IMPORTANT!!!!!
HOW DO I MAKE OUT MY CHECK?
1. For the Studio Class Fee ($50 or $57 for each class, depending on whether you live in the city of Columbus), make out your check to: "The City of Columbus".
2. For a Studio Class LAB FEE (varies - for example, Ceramics = $15), make out your check to "Friends of the Cultural Arts Center".

IF IN DOUBT, PLEASE CHECK WITH THE FRONT DESK BEFORE YOU WRITE OUT THE CHECK!

Raincheck / Refund Policy:
If you cannot attend the class after you have signed up and paid, please follow our
Studio Class Fee Raincheck / Refund Policy. 

Cancellation Policy:

Classes are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment is not met.
So please sign up early! if a class is cancelled by the center, you will have the option of taking a raincheck or a refund for your cancelled class

Registration Hours:
Mondays 1:00pm-3:30pm
Tuesday
-Friday 9:00am-3:30pm
Monday-Thursday 7:00pm-9:30pm
Saturday 1:00-4:00pm
Closed Sunday

Class Hours:
Studio Classes run for 3 hours, which includes student set-up and clean-up time:
9:00am-12noon
1:00pm-4:00pm
7:00pm-10:00pm
Selected classes run on different time frames (see Class List).

Due to safety concerns:
Students are not allowed into studios until 9am, 12noon, and 7pm respectively and must be packed up by the end of the classtime.
