REGISTRATION RULES & INFORMATION
CAC Art Trip Program
The following Rules apply to each Art Trip listing.
For exceptions, see individual listings.

1.  How to Register: It's SIMPLE! Register by contacting our Art Trip Coordinator, Maggie Kozelek, by phone or email to supply registration information including your name, address, phone number, etc. 614-258-2511 Dkozelek@columbus.rr.com  Maggie is our our 25-year professional  Art Trip Coordinator. She has expertly led enthusiastic art trips all over Ohio, the United States (including Alaska), and out-of-the country trips such as Ireland and Canada.
2.  Deposit: A $40 non-refundable deposit is due three months before the start date of each overnight trip. Selected overnight trips may require a more substantial deposit, depending on the trip. One-day trips may require different deposit times and amounts. See trip listings below for deposit requirements for each trip.
3. Full Payment is due two months before the start of each overnight trip. Selected overnight and one-day trips may require different full payment times and amounts. See trip listings below for payment requirements for each trip.
4.  We Accept cash, checks, Mastercard and Visa.
5.  Checks: Make checks payable to the "Friends of the Cultural Arts Center". "Friends" is our non-profit support organization which makes our trips possible. 6.  Cost of each trip is posted below in the trips listings. If single room lodging is required, add the additional cost indicated in the listing.
7.  Costs include taxes; standard gratuities; luggage handling; round trip transportation (motor coach and/or airline); special cruise or bus trips; two (2) or more person room lodging (single lodging is extra); tours; and admission to museums and attractions, as specified. Any added costs for additional activities may also be included in the trip listing, as indicated below.   8. Special one-day trips may be added at any time during the year.
